| At the end of 2002 car show season Bob Chabot and Geoff Ferber, (co-founding partners of Mobile Event Radio.) took a long look at some of the larger events and car shows that they had attended and produced for the last several years. They came to the realization that all events had the same problems. After the gates opened the promoters of an event had no way of communicating with attendees, vendors, or anyone else. There really wasn’t a good way to communicate. Yes, one can string wire over the entire event area and then bring in a PA system with a DJ but this takes a lot of equipment, labor, time and money, not to mention the insurance liability factor. You could hire a herd of DJ’s but then everyone had their own idea as to how the event should be paced, along with what kind of music they wanted, not to mention the sound levels and what level they set there speakers up. Formerly known as the KSON flatbed show stage. Currently the existing Rolling Radio Stage is 15’ long by 7’ deep. We at Mobile Event Radio will be enlarging the stage to 15’ long by 13’ deep, with a drop to the ground of 4’. At the same time we will be updating the electronics, elevating the speaker system, re-doing the current green room area, bathroom and painting the rolling stage to MER’s Camouflage Yellow. All modifications will be done by the end of 2007. The stage has a foot print when on location of 30’ in length. With the stage opened, the rolling stage will be 18’, wide after the stage is enlarged. All of Mobile Event Radio Rolling Stage comes with AC or DC fully regulated and self contained power.

Latest News!Mobile Event Radio Just purchased the Rolling Radio Show Stage. Formerly known as the KSON Flatbed Show Stage. Currently the existing Rolling Radio Stage is 15' long by 7' deep. We at Mobile Event Radio will be enlarging the current stage to 15' long by 13' deep with the stage being 4' plus off the ground. With the stage opened and extended, the rolling stage will then be 18' wide after the stage is enlarged. All About Our Latest Show!The Studio Diner presents San Diego’s first ever, 1st ever, ‘Cinema Style CHILI Cook off!’ Saturday July, 28th. The event is to be held on the film studio lot of Stu Segall Productions off of Ruffin Road in San Diego with all the proceeds going to help the injured Marines home from Iraq. Mobile Event Radio will be spinning the tunes from 11-6 pm. General admission plus your Chili Tasting Passport is $5.00. Lots of fun with a great cause…
