PRELIMINARY WORKING QUOTE:

When booking a date or multiple dates, Mobile Event Radio requires a confirmation deposit, for the date or dates contracted. A daily event requires a 50% non refundable deposit, while multiple days require a 33% non- refundable deposit.  All dates booked are based on 8 hour work days. 

MER's  BASIC FEES for the "Big Yellow Truck":

Base Fee...Big Yellow Truck set-up / tear down, deployed stage, DJ system with 4 fixed speakers, music library and engineering staff (based on 8 hours of total labor.)

Half Day Rate (6 hours) ...........................................................................................$1,000.00

The Big Yellow Truck requires a minimum of 3 hours for set-up & tear down in a day.

Wireless Speaker Towers...Each tower is 10’ tall and can carry anywhere from 2-4 speakers per tower.  All towers have a individual volume control and work off alternative power with a  75-100 yard circular sound pattern.

Day Rate.............................................................................................................$250.00 per tower per day.

Wireless Transmitter...We utilize a low wattage transmitter in powering our wireless speaker towers……….....................................................................................................….$500.00 per day.

Big Yellow Truck...Works off of 30 amp 110 watt AC regulated power or a generator that is carried onboard truck at all times.  The working footprint of the B.Y.T. is 30’ x 20’, when parked.

When booking a date or multiple days for the MER’s Rolling Stage, we require a “Confirmation Deposit”, for all days or dates that are to be contracted. Daily events require a 50% non refundable deposit; while consecutive of multiple days require a 33% non refundable deposit when booking the stage. All dates are based on 8 hour work days. Time and a half is charged on all labor over eight hours.

Stage with DJ...MER’s Rolling Stage set up/tear down, deployed stage, AC or DC regulated power, DJ system with 4 fixed speakers, music library and engineering staff. (Rate is based on a total of 8 hours)  The Rolling Stage does not carry wireless speaker towers.

There is a mileage charge for delivery and pick-up of the stage.

Mileage Fees...Based on round trip at: $1.25 per mile traveled from base station in Santee, California.

Set-up...Set-up & tear down requires hours of labor. A standard would be 3 hours for both set-up and tear down of the truck with the stage only.  Wireless towers require about an hour and a half apiece to install on site and secure. Multiple working dates required by large events usually require more time for the set-up and tear down day.  It would be best to set aside a day for each on larger events.  There is a charge for equipment while setting in place.

Set Days...All extra set days are billed at one half of daily rate.

Travel & Lodging...All travel and lodging expenses are charged to the client for any days away from Mobile Event Radio’s headquarters in Santee, California.

Overtime...All dates are based on an 8 hour work day. All labor over the total of an 8 hour work day are charged to the client at time and one half.
